As part of Sycamore's learning journey this term they built Labyrinths on West Wittering Beach

As part of their science work on sound Sycamore class made musical instruments from what they could find on the West Wittering beach. In the beach orchestra there were xylophones, drum kits, maracas, pianos and scrapers. A wonderfully creative afternoon in the sunshine with plenty of scientific discussion too!

Our Educational Visit was to Fishbourne Roman Palace in Autumn 2016.

Our Summer Term Educational Visit was a River Field Trip.

To start the topic Stone Age to Iron Age Sycamore Class went to Butser Farm

Sycamore have been to the Beach to re-create Stonehenge
